Connect your email
Sign in with Gmail (one click) or enter your IMAP settings for other providers like Outlook, Yahoo, or custom domains. We use your existing email account to send and receive. No new email addresses needed.
Add to Slack
Click "Add to Slack" and choose which channel to forward emails to. You'll need admin permission in your Slack workspace, or ask an admin to approve the app.
Start replying
Incoming emails appear in your Slack channel. Reply in the thread and your response is sent as an email from your address. Customers see "support@yourcompany.com" and never know you're using Slack.

Common questions
Do my customers know I'm using Slack?
No. Emails sent from Slack show your original email address (like support@yourcompany.com). Customers see a normal email, just like if you replied from Gmail or Outlook.
What email providers work with RelayMail?
Gmail and Google Workspace have one-click setup. For other providers (Outlook, Yahoo, custom domains), you'll enter your IMAP/SMTP settings. If you can access your email via IMAP, it works with RelayMail.
Can multiple team members reply from Slack?
Yes. Anyone in the Slack channel can reply to email threads. All replies come from your team's email address. You can also restrict who can reply in the settings.
What happens if I go over my thread limit?
We'll send you a warning when you're approaching your limit. If you go over, new emails will still come through, but replies won't send until you upgrade or the next billing cycle.
Do you store my emails?
We store thread mapping data (which Slack thread connects to which email thread) so replies go to the right place. We don't store the full content of your emails. Messages flow through and are delivered to Slack and email.
